Full description
Zurich is a city, not only rich in cultural heritage but also culinary heritage! There is so much more to Swiss cuisine than cheese and chocolate, as you will discover during this unique food tasting excursion.
To give you an idea of what awaits you, the Zürigschnetzlets (veal with cream sauce and mushrooms) and the Hörnli mit Ghacktem (special pasta with minced meat and applesauce) are two Zurich’s most popular dishes. The Swiss cuisine also offers plenty of sweet pastries and treats such as the Chäschuechli (cheese pastry) and the famous Tirggel (cookie) for all the vegetarians out there!
Due to the restricted opening times of the restaurants, the tour is only available during lunch or dinner time. Please come hungry as you will be going to taste about 5 different kinds of food. The food and drinks (wine/beer/soft drink and a coffee) are included in the tour price. The small private group is a maximum of 6 people.
