Very Professional. Our guide McKenna was incredible!

First time doing a review but given the number of Yellowstone tours I thought it was worth it. BrushBuck, the tour company, was very professional. Email follow ups, a call to set up lunch and answer questions and a text with the time they would pick me up at my hotel. Tour van was very comfortable. They provide you with binoculars and a deli meat lunch plus snacks and drinks along the way. Our tour lasted about 11 hours. You’re driving from Jackson to Old Faithful and back; it’s about 300 total miles. We stopped at numerous pre-set landmarks plus a bunch of impromptu stops when our guide saw wildlife as we drove. This is what made the tour GREAT. McKenna, our guide, was incredible! Very knowledgeable but her true gift was how passionate she was about the experience. When your guide is like a kid on Christmas morning when she spots an elk and its calf or a wolf how can you not get excited too. Highly recommend if you want to see the park and get some expert knowledge along the way.

Magnificent way to see the highlights of Yellowstone

Our guide, Rachel, an ecologist (school teacher during the off-season) was not only super knowledgeable and could answer just about every question we threw her way, she was extremely personable and a pure delight to hang with for 12 hours. We loved every minute of our tour. It was so nice not having to worry about blindly navigating the park...we could enjoy all the scenery and Rachel made sure we stopped at all the nice restrooms for fairly frequent bathroom breaks. The van was comfortable. The picnic lunch was delicious and hit the spot. We highly recommend this tour...worth every penny!

Fantastic day even if it wasn't what we had planned

I booked a two day tour for Sept 22 & 23 and received a call on the 21st that there wasn't actually a two-day tour for these dates. Joe from Teton Floats was great and flexible with trying to make it right - as we weren't able to do the dates the 2-day was actually on he was able to fit us on a one day lower loop tour for the 22nd and we should be getting a refund for the difference in price. Our guide Spencer was fantastic - answered a bunch of questions, super friendly, patient, good sense of humor, and always willing to take our photos or stop if we saw something cool.

Brian was just AWESOME!!! We would repeat this in a heartbeat!

Brian was just a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable and gave us history and background of the park and geological formations. He took us to the best views - which wasn't always where the most people are.. My boys could have used a bit more time in the gift shops, but the actual tour was absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend.

The tour was outstanding and worth every penny we invested.

Not only the tour was outstanding and worth every penny we invested but the tour guide, Eddie, was exceptional on his knowledge, attitude, kindness, friendship, and assisting my wife which has mobility issues due to her illness; he went beyond the call of duty.
