Full description
Meet your host for the experience, Kasia, at her apartment just 15-minutes from Wroclaw’s popular Market Square. Enjoy a warm welcome into her home and get to know each other as you share stories about your travels and respective cultures. After your introductions, head into the kitchen where your culinary adventure begins.

With the help of Kasia and her refined skills, learn how to prepare Poland’s national dish, pierogis. Discover the skills and techniques required to make pierogis from scratch, including how to make and knead the dough, as well as preparing the filling. In the session, follow one classic pierogi recipe as well as a seasonal recipe.

Throughout the class, listen to Kasia share fascinating stories about Wroclaw’s rich-history, culture, traditions, and what life is like here for a local. To keep your hunger at bay until the pierogis are ready to be served, you’ll also taste a selection of traditional Polish snacks and drinks while you cook. At the end of the session, taste the products of your newfound skills or take your pierogis home to enjoy later.
