Learn the history of the White House through the lives of historical figures who lived or worked there, and get a behind-the-scenes take on this famous address. Choose from 3 unique tours, all led by professional actors, to explore American history during the tenure of 3 different presidents. 

Select the "Press Secretary on the Edge" tour to discover the ins and outs of working in the White House with Liz Carpenter as your guide. Liz was the press secretary for "Lady Bird" Johnson, the First Lady during Lyndon Johnson's Presidency from 1963 to 1969.

Select the "What a President Tells His Gardener" option to drop in for a walk with John Ousley, the first White House gardener who was hired by President John Quincy Adams and continued to serve for 27 years under succeeding presidents.

Select the "Join the Gang: Rascals in the White House" tour to follow Quentin Roosevelt, the youngest son of Theodore Roosevelt, on an to exploration of life in the White House during the First World War.
