The Best Way to Start Your Vacation in D.C.

We brought my older sister to D.C. and since she has not been to this city since she was 10, we decided to take the tour our first night in D.C. We rode the metro to Union Station where we had dinner and then took the Monument's Tour. It was the best decision we made and the most time we spent off our feet all week. We got to see almost all of the monuments and then decided which ones we wanted to revisit more in depth that week (Vietnam Wall and Korean Monument need lots of time). Thank you for a wonderful start to our vacation. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Lydia was an outstanding docent and very knowledgable.

Although we were in the middle of a tremendous downpour we made the best of the walking tour. Lydia was a real trooper always displaying the positive side of the rainy weather. The historical aspect of the tour was great. The food would have been better enjoyed if we could have had small portions and more than 4 tastings. Overall I enjoyed myself and now have a expansive view of Georgetown.

Mr. History was our tour guide - he and whole tour were amazing!

Our tour was incredible and Mr. History our guide was so engaging! He made what we were seeing come alive and we learned so many facts and background information that we did not know. He also gave our son a chance to say the Gettysburg Address to everyone - what a great impression on an 11 year old boy! Thanks for a great opportunity!

This was our first time to DC, it was awesome. We really enjoyed it.

We enjoyed everything we saw. The Hop on Hop off bus was excellent way to go around to the different parts of monuments. It made it easy to get around to see them and take it all in. It was also a good idea to include the museum tickets with the tour. This made the trip worth visiting DC.

A good good at many of the important monuments.

Sunny, out driver and tour guide was funny and engaging throughout the tour. It was 95 degrees the night we were on the trolley and Sunny worked and drove pleasantly throughout the evening.
