It was very enjoyable.

I liked everything about the trip, but to be honest although the food was very good, we did not have to eat or stop so long at the Mitchie Tavern. They were very accommodating but I would have been much happier if we had taken that eating time and had much more time at Monticello. I didn't have enough time to walk around the grounds. The driver was very personable, but since it is a fairly long drive please make sure he is well rested.
