Elisabet, at the check in counter, should be more welcoming and less condescending. It’s hard enough to hear her clearly with her accent. She should greet with a smile, speak slowly, and give clear directions as to where the Pavillion is actually located, that is, a little further down, after one exits to the left. Thank you.
We enjoyed the tour and all of the information which was given by the tour guides. The changing of the guard for the unknown soldier was the most memorable and touching for all of us. We all are grateful for the service of all our military men and women.
The ticketing process was unable to accept a mobile voucher and thus I had to purchase new tickets so my family could go on the tour. This was frustrating and in the technological day and age seems ridiculous.
Tracy our bus driver was very friendly and made sure she picked us up at a convenient stop. Yoni our tour guide was very knowledgeable and cared about us having a good time
