2 day Pass was good, still have to go to the ticket office to get your pass as electronic pass is not valid. Website needs to be updated as office has moved (Google maps the location!! don't go off website address) & also opens at 9am not 10am as website states. So wasted as hour on the first day.

The pass worked well overall. However, there were a few obstacles. At Schönbrunn Palace you only had to get your ticket outside, which was nowhere to be seen. When we wanted to get the ticket, it was no longer possible for the current day. There were no problems with Madame Tussauds, nor with the Prater. The ride on the hop on hop off bus also worked well, although I didn't find the audio guide on the tours to be particularly informative (eg: "On the right-hand side you can see Belvedere 21" -> no further information what this is and why I am that should see). When buying the pass, you should definitely plan what you want to see and when. Sights such as St. Stephen's Cathedral, for example, are not included in the pass.

Very practical because it often avoids going to the checkout and making long queues. Please note, this does not prevent booking at Schönbrunn, which cannot be done online, which means that we have to go twice to the castle in case of crowds, as during the holidays. 2 other small disappointments: we were refused the Pass in the metro when it was supposed to be included; the yellow buses of the "hop on hop off" are much less frequent than those of the competitor Big Bus (red buses), especially on New Year's Day when we had to wait an hour (there was obviously only one bus across the blue line).
