Full description
Enjoy the best of Mozart and the highlights of Johann Strauss, masterfully performed by the Mozart Orchestra of Vienna.

The 30 musicians who will play for you are drawn from the ranks of the Vienna Philharmonic, Vienna Symphony, and other renowned Austrian Orchestras. Their ranks will be swelled by internationally acclaimed soloists, and two opera singers from the State Opera and Volksoper. The ensemble will of course be led by a star conductor.

The real show-stopper: the orchestra, singers and conductor will be dressed in the magnificent costumes and wigs of the Baroque period, to present the overtures, arias, and duets from Mozart's most famous operas with authentic panache, as well as extracts from the symphonies, concerti, serenades and divertimenti, in the style of the 18th-century musical academies.

The unofficial anthems of Austria, Johann Strauss I's energetic Radetzky March and Johann Strauss II's Blue Danube Waltz will round off this marvelous program.

The concert was exhilarated and impressively performed by the artists. The hall is impressively beautiful. When I went to the concert, however, there were a lot of tourists in the hall who were sitting in street clothes, even with a hat and hat. The inadequate volume with which the audience talked during the breaks and the constant waving and holding up of the many mobile phones from the audience during the concert (for photography and even filming!) Unfortunately reduced the flair of this wonderful concert. A finger pointing at the cell phone is not enough to prevent this bad habit from being stopped. I would definitely like to have appropriate clothing for such a concert! It would be a more sophisticated atmosphere!

Although he was fashionable, there were people who stayed as usual and people like pajamas were also present. The composition of the musicians and vocal costumes of the medieval band is simply enjoyable. It was one of several holes, not the main one. After 10 o'clock, we were able to return to the hotel by tram from nearby, but before Rakuyu Kyokai there were too many taxis waiting for customers.

It was hard to understand what this activity was and how it was different from another concert that was taking place at the same location until the moment you presented the tickets which you still had to get after showing the voucher. The “Meeting Point “ could benefit by adding instructions on where to enter and what to look for. Also, it would be great if you let everyone know that the roads are closed every night, because Vienna is trying to limit number of people taking cars to all those concerts. So, the concert and the venue are definitely 5-Stars. The planning portion is 3-stars (would’ve been 2 if we were late: concert actually start at the exact time on the voucher!)
