What people are saying about Utah

worth doing...some good hiking, but lots of time in the van

This trip packs a lot into a 3 day itinerary. The national parks are spectacular and definitely worth seeing. However they are spaced pretty far apart so you end up spending at least 3-6 hours per day in the van. Our guide did a good job of keeping us entertained in the van and also planned rest stops every 2 hours to break up the travel. There are several opportunities to go hiking but most of the hiking is optional (except for the Grand canyon rim walk - an easy 1h walk). If you are looking for an intensive hiking experience you won't have enough time. Day 1 included about 3 hours to hike in Zion and 2 hours in Bryce, which is not enough to do the Angels Landing hike if that's your thing. Day 2 did not include any time for hiking and was more for sightseeing. On day 3 we had 3 hours to hike the grand canyon. About half the people chose camping, and the other half a hotel. Hotel accommodations were good.

Chris was the perfect guide to see the national parks.

We had two days to see Arches and Canyonlands and couldn't have found a better company or guide than Chris at NavTek Expeditions. Safe, friendly, knowledgeable and fun to be with for the day made our visit extraordinary and awesome. We saw sites of the parks in one day that most wouldn't see in a week, with the feeling like we were traveling with an old family friend who had lived there for years. Interesting facts, secrets and stories of the parks that Chris shared made our day feel like we were on an expedition into the unknown. If you have a chance to ride with Navtek Expeditions take it. Otherwise you will regret it. I'm ready for another one when I go back out west again. Thanks Chris!

A nice trip to several beautiful places.

I traveled with my 16 year old son to see the beautiful sights of the national parks. The parks did not disappoint but the tour guide, who was very nice but low energy, could have been more enthusiastic and went above and beyond the basic information. He functioned more as the host keeping us abreast of the schedule but gave only basic information about the parks. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would travel with this group again.

It was a fantastic experience, absolutely recommendable

Our guide Tyler was very experienced, highly educated and a lot of fun. He brought us to arches and places beyond and off road of the typical trails. We experienced a different Arches Canyon which was unforgettable. A must for those who want to improve their knowledge about canyons, arches and natures. We did a half day tour, which was for us absolutely sufficient. Thanks Tyler!!

Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley & Horseshoe Bend 3-Day Tour

This 3-Day Tour is surprisingly pleasant and offers some great tourist experiences in the southwest of the United States. Too bad we couldn't spend more time in Sedona, Az, because the views and hiking options are excellent. Might go there next time. The trip to Monument Valley was worth it. Valley of Fire was a pleasant stop on the way back to Las Vegas.
