It was a very long ride because you would stay in the bus for almost the whole tour. You will enjoy it if you really are comfortable inside the bus and looking outside the scenery. This tour is 12 hours so you should have no other plans for the day. My husband liked it better if there will be more stop overs and more time to stay at a particular place. We only get to have few minutes outside every stop. I believe it's because of the time. But it would be much more enjoyable to stay at a specific place for much more time.
The tour guide/driver (Alan) was really enthusiastic and spoke about the history of the highlands and every location we passed. He has an excellent amount of knowledge and throughout the entire journey was able to teach us about the history of Scotland. He even made an extra optional quick stop for us to get a good photo of the Nevis mountain range.
Amazing trip! I grew up in Edinburgh but this was my first time visiting the north and I couldn’t be happier with the tour! Martin was great and super knowledgable. Loved all the stories and histories. 12.5 hours trip was a bit exhausting but the views and scenery are definitely worth it!
Micheal was an excellent tour guide, he was well informed and really made it an amazing experience. The views was astonishingly beautiful, the highlands are really a sight to see. 10/10.Would definitely recommend.
We had a great day on the tour, fantastic scenery, plenty of stops and a very good, knowledgeable guide, Steven. He made a long day go very quickly with his banter and great local knowledge
