What people are saying about Tuscany

Fabulous! Isak and Carmella were amazing!

This class was one of the highlights of our stay in Florence. Isak was hysterical and very informative which is a perfect combination. Carmella sang and danced her way through the cooking class which was awesome. Oddly I now sing and dance while I am preparing my food, lol. This is a dynamo team and highly recommend taking the class for a fun filled day. The farmhouse was amazing, the scenery awe inspiring. I learned so much and have already prepared the meal at home that I learned to cook there. I would go back to Florence if for no other reason than to take 5 days of classes with them. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this class other than take the time to indulge in this class you won’t regret it. The only small draw back is that we were not dropped off where we were picked up which was quite a way away from our hotel. Even with that I’d do it all again in a heartbeat.

This tour was one of our favourites. After so many tours that were a lot of walking and exploring it was so nice to do something different and have a nice relaxing day. Isaac was our guide and he was extremely laid back and hilarious. The market part of the tour was very informative and was interesting learning about the different types of food. The cooking class itself is in the most beautiful location in the Tuscan Countryside. Isaac works with Carmella who doesn't speak English but sings and dances and it is hilarious watching Isaac translate what she is saying, they make a great team! Everyone equally got to help do all the cooking and everyone has their own pasta station. We left extremely full and can't wait to try out the recipes at home. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

This was a highlight of my trip. So much fun, with a fantastic group of people lead by two wonderful chefs. History, humour and food, all wrapped into one day spent shopping and cooking in a gorgeous kitchen overlooking the valley in the hills of Florence. Breathtaking and delicious? A fabulous combination. I wholeheartedly recommend this, for solo or with others!! I learned a lot, and had so much fun while doing it.

Absolutely the favorite part of our trip. Elise and Thomas were wonderful and so knowledgeable. and our chef, Carmela was an absolute joy. She made it all look so easy and everything we made was terrific. The drive to the countryside was lovely and the views from the kitchen were gorgeous. We highly recommend this class.

Emmanuelo, our Chef, was really funny and knowledgeable.

It was a fun class. Our kids (12 and 13) enjoyed it, too. We didn’t receive the certificates or recipe book as listed. It was quite a long walk from the meeting place to the kitchen as well. But overall I would recommend this for families!
