What people are saying about Tower of London

Protesters & rain but still great thanks to Shane

Protesters in London caused all Tour Buses lots of problems on our trip. But the staff that greeted us at The Aldwich were professional and efficient. Once the bus arrived Shane took over and he was fantastic. What a great asset to your company. He apologised many times for events that were totally out of his control (protesters/diversions) We were on the bus much longer than we intended and missed a few things due to the diversions. The weather changed in an instant from blue skies and sunshine to heavy rain but my friends and I stayed put with Shane on the top deck, he stood up throughout. He entertained with great information and humour and even played "Its Raining Men" for us when we were totally soaked. He apologised again & kept us informed when he got off it was so very different. We could not really hear Luke and didn't actually see him - he sat somewhere but we didn't know where. It was disappointing that our £34 each trip was so badly disrupted but Shane made it great fun!

A great way to see the many sights in a short trip.

Well worth the money and definitely would recommend the trip. You see many sights and we were impressed with the hop on hop off aspect of the trip. The commentary was informative and amusing. My 10 year old son loved sitting at the front of the boat and seeing so many historic sights we wouldn't have seen otherwise. We were only on a day trip and tried to fit as much sightseeing as we could. This trip covered a lot of the things we wanted to see.

I really loved the idea of getting a general view of pinpoints!

Great for looking at the most famous sites in central London. If you don’t know what to do, start off with this tour. This tour will introduce you to the places you will want to see, starting with , of course, the London eye, all the bridges and their stories, the “ugliest building” (theatre), the ship, Tower bridge, Shakespeare globe and of course ending at St Katherine’s pier. This trip will give you ideas of what to do for sure!!!

Not a guided tour but more a ferry service.

Ticket office at Westminster was very poorly signed. One, among many, many other tour operaters, queues every where & totally disorganised. Even for people who had prepaid & booked. The boat was shabby. Had to tip extra for a very short commentary/guide, we got. Not a guided tour but more a ferry service.

very Informative by the live guide talk.

Were disappointed that agents selling your tickets on the street were very unhelpful and rude in helping us locate bus stop to start and get tickets. When we FOUND lady at Piccadilly she was most helpful.
