Three day ticket was good value for money

We were a group of four, with 3-day tickets. We saw everything we wanted to see. The life commentary on the red tour was instructive and fun. The river cruise to Greenwich was included, again, the commentary was interesting. The traffic in London was bad due to roadworks, but the tour buses made a good job of it. However, we were not informed in time that one of the stops was not open, and so we had to walk back a while to get where we wanted to be. There had been a lengthy raft of instructions, as well as a change of bus, and so what was being said may have made sense to the staff, but we did not hear it. That was the only negative of the three day experience.

It was a fabulous tour, amazing rooms, memory to be treasured always

The organisation of so many people was done very well, the use of individual earphones and guide meant that we could all move at our own pace, looking at those things which interested us most. The rooms and exhibits were presented in a way which gave interest and information, really excellent. The only small criticism is that the large block in the ballroom containing the dancers took up a huge amount of the space and didn’t really contribute much to the understanding of a gathering of up to 2000 guests! I loved the amazing fancy dress garments owned by Queen Victoria and the information about the fancy dress balls, I had no knowledge of those previously.

Historic, informative, fascinating and great value for money

Must be London's best value paid-for attraction. Soak up the grandeur of the palace at your own leisurely pace with the help of the excellent multimedia guide. Excellent garden cafe and a stunning walk through the gardens to the exit at the finale to your visit. Allow a couple of hours to enjoy the experience and feel like a king (or queen) for the day!

A great opportunity to see inside Buckingham Palace

Wonderful access. I like that you are given individual video guide, free of charge, so you can go at your own pace. It would have been helpful to know you cannot carry backpack on your back, you must carry it in one hand. Only large bags can be checked. I would have left the backpack home, as carrying a heavy bag in one hand is awkward.

A great place to learn the history of Buckingham Palace

I'm glad that I got to have this audio guided tour of Buckingham Palace. It is a must see place in London. However, the meeting instructions on the voucher were incorrect. You actually have to get in line for tickets and then go into the instructed line after that.
