WiFi Router was waiting for us on our arrival at hotel (Pick up point), and were able to leave it at hotel on our departure (delivery point). Prompt and impressive communication from Vision Inc. who arranged this in Tokyo. Such a smooth transaction and the WiFi Router itself a nice size to carry around. It lost signal quite a few times BUT we were most of the time on the underground in Tokyo and it was just for a moment with it re-connecting straight away to the underground directions we were using. We only had a problem in the Asakusa area of Tokyo for some strange reason on both occasions. It was very good on navigating the whole of Tokyo to and including the whole of Kyoto, etc. To sum up: A whole lot better than we imagined it would be - reliable and when charged up easily lasted all day.

We had a big problem because we thought we bought tickets for the TeamLabBorderless (which is like a bigger brother for TeamLab Planets), and got the news only at the entrance. So watch out when you book:) In the end, it was a Very nice sensorial experience, from tactile to visual. We were surprised that we had to go inside bare footed (Some rooms have water on the floor, up to the knees, but they provide towels and even shorts). I thought is was too expensive for the experience offered, we finished the whole thing in 20-30 min.

Our guide Naoko was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and accommodated our requests for specific things and areas to see. She navigated the metro for us and moved fast so we saw a lot. She is very passionate about her job and it shows. She even looked after our two boys ages 10 & 7 when crossing a street and in crowded areas. We have a friend for life!

We arrived 30min late due to travelling to the wrong train station and were worried we would miss our scheduled ticket time. However, the staff were very understanding and let us go straight in with the next group. The museum sights were amazing to see, and very unique as we'd not seen the attractions and interactive rooms before.

It is highly recommended to have a Wifi during your travel in Japan. You can use your Google Maps for directions and you might need to use your Viber, Facebook messenger, etc. It was a big help to us, especially to locate area of interest and many things. Maraming maraming salamat sa NinjaWifi.
