Great tour, but watch the timing at the end of the day!

We really enjoyed the tour itself - there were adequate buses and the guides were informative and entertaining. The issue we had was that we didn't know in advance that it was the last round of the day, so when the bus ended its route, we, along with many others, were stranded far from where we needed to be. We were lucky that one amazing tour guide happened to be heading in our direction, so she brought us along with her to the subway (the tube), rode with us and showed us where to get off.

A lovely tour, with excellent commentary!

We chose to sit up top on the boat, to get unobstructed views. If you do so, be sure to wear a hat and sunscreen (or being an umbrella on a rainy day). We passed by old and new, from the Tower of London to the London Eye and the skyline of modern buildings. The narration by the captain was excellent! Come prepared to leave an optional tip. We got off in Greenwich, where we saw the Maritime Museum and the Prime Meridian! Afterwards, we were able to get home by the Tube.

A great way to see the many sights in a short trip.

Well worth the money and definitely would recommend the trip. You see many sights and we were impressed with the hop on hop off aspect of the trip. The commentary was informative and amusing. My 10 year old son loved sitting at the front of the boat and seeing so many historic sights we wouldn't have seen otherwise. We were only on a day trip and tried to fit as much sightseeing as we could. This trip covered a lot of the things we wanted to see.

Not a guided tour but more a ferry service.

Ticket office at Westminster was very poorly signed. One, among many, many other tour operaters, queues every where & totally disorganised. Even for people who had prepaid & booked. The boat was shabby. Had to tip extra for a very short commentary/guide, we got. Not a guided tour but more a ferry service.

A very enjoyable cruise, efficiently run and well worth the money

I took my 85 year-old-father on this cruise as a birthday outing and he thought the whole thing was wonderful. The boat was comfortable and the commentary both informative and entertaining. Organisation was first-rate. Highly recommended.
