Lovely Trip, but slightly misrepresented

Lovely trip to the Krka Waterfalls - lots of free time to swim here or to relax on the nearby river bank. The park was pretty busy with tourists but did not detract from the experience (you just have to be mindful of where you’re putting your bags or valuables if you’re going in for a swim). Great communication from tour operator before the excursion and during. Only criticism would be the title of the excursion as it suggests a ‘tour’ of skradin as well. Felt this was misrepresentative of the tour as we didn’t leave the bus to explore Skradin (and to be fair it was a very small place), we simply drive through it and heard a bit of the history. As such, felt we were paying for just the bus ride to the national park (as entrance fees were also not included). It’s possible if you’re just looking at transport to the waterfalls you may be able to get this slightly cheaper elsewhere.

The Krka waterfalls are unbelievable and it is worth a trip.

All in all, the trip was very pleasant. The bus for the round trip was air-conditioned and comfortable. The tour leader was very nice, motivated and friendly. The only point of criticism: we stopped in the city of Sibenik before we drove into the national park. The part of the group who had booked the trip with a tour guide had a look at the city with the tour guide and the rest of the group could explore the city on their own. A nice idea in itself, but in the end the time in the National Park was very short to see everything in peace and to go swimming. If we had gone directly to the park, there would have been more time to experience the park in peace. So we really had to rush to see the park and the waterfalls and go for a swim. Nevertheless it was a great experience and I don't regret the trip! Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator

This tour is way more than just Krka Park!!

I was expecting a normal tour through the krka national park but this is a whole unforgettable experience thanks to our amazing guide, Yvana :) Apart the normal rout through the waterfalls, we had opportunity to visit a local/traditional restaurante owned by a lovely family. The place was outstanding in the middle of nowhere and we were presented with really tasty food. There was a guy who was playing guitar and "giving a hell of a show" singing international and croatian songs. The ting I enjoyed the most was the last stop in a house of a old man that stikl produces his own spirits, where we could taste (and get drunk?) a lot of traditional drinkings. It was just amazing! Very different from the standard experience. Thanks again to Yavana who made an excelent job, always smiling and making fon of the group :) Highly recommend it!

Beautiful park for a refreshing swim and views

Although I feel shortchanged that the tour was meant to last 10 hours but we were back in 8.5 hours, it was an amazing day out with breathtaking views and a very refreshing swim in the clear cold waters. However, we were not brought to the ethno museum and hydroelectric dam like mentioned in the inclusions. Also, park entrance fees are not included. We were not informed that students pay a concession rate of 60 kunas instead of 150 if our student cards are presented.

Wonderful guide through a beautiful location.

This trip was a perfect way to see Krka. You get to enjoy the waterfalls with plenty of time to explore on your own but having a guide with advice and all the historical information makes it so much more enjoyable. I loved learning all about Croatia, Split and it's history. The highlight for me was definitely the lunch. Traditional, filling and a great way to get to know the other people touring with you. Sibenik was beautiful and a great way to end the day.
