Full description
This 5-hour city tour of Ras al Khaimah is priced for a group of up to 6 persons and includes a drive to Al Marjan, a manmade island set against the picturesque backdrop of the Arabian Peninsula and enclosed by the Yanis and Jais mountains. Marvel at this truly luxurious destination.

Drive to Al Hamra village, a former fishing community, and stop to see Al Dhayah Fort, one of of the oldest sites in the Emirates. Admire the views of the mountains and sea from this point.

This strategic military fortification played a major role in the history of the UAE. Built in 16th century, it is the only castle standing atop a mountainous dune in the UAE, and was the last area to fall into British hands in their long war against the Al Qawasim tribe.

Continue on to visit the Mohammad Bin Salem Mosque and National Museum. The museum is housed in a fort that was the residence of the ruling family until the early 1960s.

Lastly, you'll pass through the fish market area, stopping to explore the Old Souk, where you can find everything from ancient handicrafts to household items.
