Full description
During this tour, you'll see 2 different winery styles. First, discover a traditional winery with an authentic cellar and typical architecture of Saint-Emilion, producing a traditional style of wine for the region.

The second winery is a forward-looking one with modern cellar. Discover how the winemakers use new technology and viticulture techniques to perfect the wine making process and produce a different, innovate style of wine. Learn all about the vines, the varietals, and the ageing process.

After touring the wineries, visit the Cellar Master’s space and learn how to use your senses to identify a wine. By tasting mono-varietal wines directly from the barrel, come to understand of the varietal’s identities and the importance of the terroir. Then learn the art of the sommelier through a wine tasting class.
