Full description
The tour will begin at Piazza Barberini, in front of the Fontana del Tritone. Your guide will explain the historical significance of this site before continuing along to the Piazza Spagna, known for the Fontana Della Barcaccia, the Church of Trinità Dei Monti, and the Spanish Steps. Take your time to admire this magnificent example of Italian Baroque architecture.

Next, walk to Piazza Navona, the best example of 15th century Roman Baroque style. Here you’ll be amazed at the sight of the magnificent Fontana Dei Quattro Fiumi, the Fontana del Moro, and the Fontana del Nettuno. Your guide will regale you with stories about the famous creators of these fountains.

The next monument you’ll visit is the Pantheon, a Roman temple with an ingenious oculus that provides the building's main source of natural light. Following from the Pantheon, you’ll move on to the famous Trevi Fountain. Be awed at the most beautiful fountain in Rome, decorated with fantasy creatures designed to embody movement. Toss a coin in, and let your guide tell you about the myth and history behind this tradition.

Your sightseeing tour ends at Piazza Venezia. Here you’ll be stuck with the breath-taking beauty of the marble known as Altare Della Patria. Your guide will give you all the details of this staggeringly white marble masterpiece, designed by Giuseppe, as well as many other sculptures around the square.
