Great Cultural Introduction to your Roman Holiday

This is much more than just Espresso and Gelato. You will learn how to order items in Italy, the cash desk and then get your items. Great introduction to the People of Rome and their culture. Since the tour I have gained confidence in getting a coffee (espresso) easily and quickly. Amazing to understand the difference between Gelato and Ice Cream, you have to taste to believe!

Super interesting and very tasty tour of Rome

Since no one else took part in the tour that day, I was allowed to walk alone with my guide Francesca through Rome and taste culinary Italian delicacies. We visited 2 coffee houses and 2 gelateria (not to be confused with ice cream parlors) and finally tasted an excellent tiramisu. Francesca explained very nicely, in detail and nicely what is important for the production of espresso, ice cream and tiramisu. I can only recommend the tour in a larger group, it stands out comfortably from the tour tours through the historical areas.

A superb introduction to Espresso the Italian Way!!

Our guide Valeria was knowledgable, friendly and certainly made the Tour a great experience. Taking Expresso in the Italian Bars was a great introduction to the tour. Tour covered areas off the general tourist trail and it was really good to see the Coffee Bars used by the 'locals'. Gelato tasted was the best we had in Rome. Would recommend this Tour.
