What people are saying about Quintana Roo

I had one spare day and wasn't really familiar with things to do. I wanted something challenging and not too touristy. This tour turned out to be one of the most unusual and breathtaking experiences I've ever had. I strongly recommend it if you love to spend time in untouched nature. You get to see a lot of wildlife, well hidden creatures and you learn so much about the caves. My guides Karina and Rodolfo are so passionate and knowledgable about the whole area which was impressive. Be prepared to spend hours doing moderate exercise and that you have no tendency of being claustrophobic as you go quite deep inside the caves. It would be great in future if you could provide the taken pictures for less money or at least offer more affordable packages so that people can take their memories of the amazing day home. Important to say that pictures can only partly capture what you get to see for real and experience in the caves.

Who comes the Mexico and doesn’t want to try tacos! Alex was excellent tour. We was very kind, patient and informative on the local eateries. He picked us up from our resort with another driver. He drove us to the first spot and told us some information about Cancún. The first spot was the best, modern types of tacos. In total we went to 4 taco joints and all but one had beer available. The tacos were all good! Our last stop was a churro cart and lemme tell you, BEST churro I ever had! The churro cart was in an outdoor food area where me and my partner went bull riding and got amazing ice cream. Alex patiently waited for us to finish since we were the only two on the tour. I recommend Alex and this tour!

I was very pleased with the service received. Due to current Covid restrictions and some destinations still closed, the program has changed on short notice. I was contacted prior to the tour and being informed of the changes. Therefore I have been given a choice to continue or to cancel. It was handled in a very professional matter. I had reservations with others who ghosted on me by being a no-show and then blocked my number when I tried to contact them. Another big plus is the price. I got a 6 hour guided tour through the city for the price of a single trip by taxi from my hotel to the city center.

Amazing adventure! I’ve been traveling to Q Roo and the Yucatán for 20 years and this was my first trip to Sian Ka’an. Mexico Ka’an was professional and always put our safety first. Our guide, Ursula, was so passionate and educated on the history, flora and fauna of the area, and out boat captain, Oscar, knew the wildlife habitat like his own home. We saw crocodiles, manatees, rays, dolphins, turtles, so many bird species and even a nurse shark - all in their own habitats. If you really want to get off the grid into nature for a day, I highly recommend this tour with this tour company. So worth it!

As Chichen Itzá archaeological site closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the tour was tweaked to a ¨Cenotes and Mayan traditions¨ with local tour affiliate, Ekinox Tours. The tour guide was rather knowledgeable & thorough. The tour included hotel pick-up, swimming in two impressive Cenotes (Mariposa & Chen-Ha), learning about the process of collecting honey from the Maya bee, the Melipona; traditions related to cocoa in the daily life of the Mayans; Mayan ceremony with a Shaman a nice lunch then shopping on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen.
