Enthusiasm, knowledge and love of Florence shone through !!

We had a wonderful morning in Florence with your guide Antonella. We learned all about the famous de Medici family and their palaces and residences in the different parts of the city. The different squares of the city were interesting and of course the impressive religious buildings with the Duomo being such an important landmark as well as being the Cathedral church. The artesan's area on the other bank of the river was fascinating and we took Antonella's advice and took the local bus up to Piazzale Michelangelo and thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful panoramic views of the city as well as those from San Miniato al Monte even higher up. British painters are known to have been impressed by the light in Italy - well it was easy to understand why as in late September we had sunny days and blue skies every day.

A real must! Incredible! Manuela was amazing!!

We loved this walking tour so much. We were in a small group of 4 and it was brilliant. Manuela, our guide, was so happy and informative, had a great character and a fount of knowledge! Was able to answer all our questions about not just history of Florence but up to date stuff too. Tour was really relevant and some great facts. The 2 hours flew by and I wish it had been even longer!! With lovely added perk if gelato which was amazing! We would really recommend this tour to anyone on their first day in Florence gives you a great sense of where all the museums are and how to move around Florence without getting stuck in crowds on every street. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Awesome views, great historical overview

Thoroughly enjoyed the walking and boat tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun. I do wish we had been on the boat longer, we were out only about 30 - 40 minutes. I was hoping for a full hour. The photo ops are breathtaking. Definitely a good value overall.

Overall GREAT experience -- it was awesome to visit Florence for a day

I really enjoyed my whole day trip in Florence -- it was well organized and I felt we got to do a little of everything. The only things I would ask for more clarification are meeting times in the beginning of the trip. Overall the trip was amazing!
