At september 14 morning the bus pick up us (was late like 30min, they arrived from Florance, i guess the traffic was crazy) Had a wonderful day with our tour guides- she was soooo informative and spoke 3languages- first stip Montalcino. Drinking wine, had a little.... little! snack. Than heading to Pienza. Try some pecorino there,goes around the town(we had like 40-50 minutes) :( and travelling to our last stop to Montepulciano. Over all, trip was fine, good weather, nice wines (take food with you or prepare yoursef to eat quick at these towns’ reastaurants) Thanks for everything!
We had a great time on this tour! A wonderful experience throughout the whole day! Montepulciano was amazing and the farmhouse tour and lunch were awesome! Anna, our tour guide lost no time to provide us with so much information throughout the tour and was ever so helpful and attentive to all our requests and needs. Fausto, our excellent driver was very patient throughout our journey! Well done and thanks!
The tour was really great. The medieval, Tuscan towns we were taken to (Multipiano and Pienza) were really beautiful, the lunch we were provided with was delicious and our guide was fantastic. Certainly would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to take just a day to see some of Tuscany from Rome.
It was a great tour except we only had one very small cheese tasting at the end of the tour. I expected a bit more wine and cheese for the tasting. Otherwise, it was a great tour with an amazing tour guide and driver.
Where do I start? The scenic bus ride, the knowledge guide (Anna) and the good. We left on time and did every single stop, we wandered montepulciano’s cobble stone streets and sip wine at the local shop.
