Brilliant! Giulia was absolutely fantastic.

This is a perfect way to see Rome at sunset. We had been on our feet all day at the Vatican museum and Basilica etc. and really could not have done with any more walking around. Giulia was very knowledgeable and is a wonderfully warm person. Of course, having done uni in the US, her English is impeccable. She greeted us with a beer and the whole trip was great from start to finish. With a maximum of 6 people on the tour it was absolutely a unique experience to learn about the history of an incredible city and have access that only a golf cart can provide (kerbside at the colosseum? No problem). I truly cannot recommend this tour (and Giulia) enough. Her love of Rome and her brother’s passion to share Roman history with tourists is wonderful. PS, her brother owns the business with his wife and it certainly feels like a family affair - but completely professional at the same time. My two sisters and I only had 2 days in Rome and this tour made it possible to see as much as possible!

The best day in Rome hands down, fun and fascinating for everyone!

Niccolo was a fantastic guide. He was friendly and knowledgeable on architecture, history and culture. We had my 15 and 11 year old son with us and could have spent the entire day riding around with him. The route took us out of Rome through the country and afforded beautiful vistas and close up encounters with Roman history not available in the tourist choked city. Although the day was hot, the E-bikes and the shade made our ride easy and cool. There were also frequent stops along the way for water and exploration, not to mention herds of goats and sheep that were using the same roads we were. Next time in Rome we want Niccolo for the whole day tour to the aquaducts. Can’t recommend this tour enough.

Nice informative stroll around the Centro Storico

I learned a few things and saw a few things, which is what I expected. The guide (sorry, didn't catch her name) kept us all together and told us a few snippets of info about the various sights. There were a few quiet periods that could have perhaps been filled with more background info. The guide was also having to provide a Spanish commentary concurrent with the English one to cater for the one Spanish speaking guest. Also, the activity lasted two hours, not three as advertised.

The tour is excellent, quick and easy tour to Rome

The tour itself is excellent, the guide is very enthusiastic. Easy to find the meeting point and convenient drop off. The only draw back is they could manage the timing of the bus better. The bus send us back to the port 25 mins later than expected, leaving us only 5 mins before the all aboard time. So a group of us have to run to the port shuttle to catch the last shuttle back to ship. A bit scared that we would miss the ship but luckily we are all fine and we are not alone.

If you get James as guide well worth the cost.

These tours are always probably only as good as the guide that you get. We lucked out and got James, the best guide ever with an enthusiastic personality and vast knowledge of the city who took us to all of the cool behind the scenes places that typical tourists would never get to see. I'm so sorry I didn't have any euro on me to tip him as you very much deserved it - thanks James!
