It was enjoyable to have an alumna guide who knew about life at Oxford Uni but the group, at 15 was too large. My teens would have liked a bit more info on where Harry Potter was filmed. It would have been good to go inside the colleges but this was not possible due to Covid however we did go into the Divinity room which was beautiful.. The guide was happy to answer any questions and was very amenable.
although it was cold and raining, Trevor our guide gave us a very warm welcome. we have done many tours but Trevor was by far the best guide ever. even through the rain he managed to interest us and keep us listening to his stories - he is very knowledgeable about Oxford and i would thoroughly recommend this tour
Great 2 hours spent with our very knowledgeable guide, Trevor, in torrential rain...Trevor kept the stories and history coming to keep our spirits high. The walk was probably a mile or so at most and perfectly split to allow plenty of time for photographs and questions.
Very informative guide. We were really pleased to have the guide as we wouldn't have known where to start. I'd suggest having the morning tour as all the tickets for the library and halls were sold out in the afternoon.
James was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable, amusing. It was a cold rainy December day and he definitely helped to make it a bit brighter! Good luck with the rest of your studies and for the future.
