What people are saying about North West England

Party of six from Liverpool enjoyed the experience ... Fantastic

Would have liked more ghost stories, but enjoyed it all, the drama, story telling, cajoling of audience, and the actors deathly sombre mood and dress. Lots of humour and audience engagement. We enjoyed the finale of the tour of seven streets ... the dead house. Loved the build up to the dead house the drama the actors gave, the atmosphere of death when we entered the steps down to the dead house ..... and of course the frightful ending . The Actors created a wonderful death ambience, unforgettable, with the view of the Mersey and Liver building in full view of our ghoulish adventure. Lots of opportunity to have picture taken with the ghoulish girls, the pics look great and memory of night out as friends. To end at Ma Boyles hostelry was also a bonus as this gave us the chance to relive the night with "live music". Fabulous night.

Tour Guide and Driver with their tremendous personality’s made it

The Driver and Tour guide were fantastic! So a group of 12 of us picked up bus the first bus of the day at stop 1 but not realising our e tickets had to be validated at the office at stop 2 - No worry’s said the Driver “ Hop on” and We will drive round to stop 2 “Hop off” and I’ll wait for you whilst you sort tickets - just a nice touch and so typical of the lovely people of Liverpool. The rest of the tour was just so informative- but the banter between the Driver, the tour guide and our group from Essex made it for us / many Thanks and much appreciated

A nostalgic trip that revived great memories

I used to travel every day on the Wallasey ferry as my school was in Liverpool. Every morning I would join hordes of business men commuting to Liverpool on the boat. They all wore bowler hats and carried brief cases and umbrellas. And they had a curious tradition of walking (on mass) in an anticlockwise direction the moment they got on board. And repeated the exercise on their return journey after a day's work. I found the daily trip utterly delightful - and still do ...

Interesting tour - but app code has to be converted to tickets at pier

Live commentary - 1st (Viv) very good; then a man who overdid the tendency to risque jokes, and had a more limited repertoire of information. Helpful driver (Phil) though he couldnt issue tickets from the app voucher - this needs to be sorted!

Brilliant walking tour, Portia was an excellent guide.

This was an excellent walking tour. Portia our guide gave us so much interesting information about Liverpool both past and present and she spoke in a way that was really easy to listen. Can highly recommend.
