What people are saying about Niagara Falls, Canada

Amazing, a great way to see the falls up close with fireworks!

After researching, decided to do this. So glad we did! The dinner at the Elements was good (not super great but good). You choose prime rib or a chicken entree, soup and salad, drink, dessert and coffee. The boat ride afterward was amazing! Up close enough to the falls but not so close you get soaked (parkas provided), with the beautiful lighting was so beautiful! Would have felt safer if I knew I could access life jackets quickly, not real sure on location although they did announce overhead about them. Then the fireworks following were amazing. Icing on the cake was actually being able to control the colors on the falls! There were only about 10 who were were there with us, so I guess they all booked through this same venue (as the boat had a large number of riders!). The men were nice and let me work the colors for about 5 minutes! Our guide, Mike, was knowledgeable and interesting. I would definitely recommend this particular event to anyone and I would do it again!

A unique Niagara experience and great family fun!

My family and I really enjoyed our Jet Boat Adventure especially my 15-year old nephew. He kept saying "it was too short", however an hour was perfect for his mom and I. Our leader Taylor's advice to wear a rain poncho to keep warm, (a slightly cooler day) not to stay dry, was helpful and made a difference to me. All of the staff were professional and helpful with safety at the forefront of our participation. Instructions were clear, humorous and helpful, great for retention for all of us. Note: Arrive 45 minutes before your booking, it wasn't clear to us. Staff were easily accommodating, signalling that this happens frequently. Secure lockers at the boat launch and change rooms are available. Helpful would be information relating to people with disabilities as my sister-in-law was concerned about being refused access, she only has one arm/hand. She was fine on the ride and loved it too! You WILL get wet, thoroughly and you WILL enjoy yourself thoroughly too!

Very convenient! Included the top activities.

I would recommend this tour if you want to see the top Niagara Falls activities and don’t want to hassle with driving yourself or knowing where to park. The guides pick you up at a designated location in Canada in a van and escort you to each activity, and even walk you to the gate, help obtain the ticket, and are waiting for you when you’re finished. We parked in the US at Niagara Falls State Park and walked across the Rainbow Bridge to the Crowne Point hotel very near the bridge. Only took about 5 minutes to walk across. And because we finished our tour on the US side we did not have to cross the border again at the dnd of the day. If you have bags or pursed you can leave them in the van for the “wet” attractions. I’m giving the tour a 4 because we had to wait almost an hour for the van to pick us up because of a mix-up on their end. This tried our patience but I truly believe it is not a normal occurrence.

This was the best part of our trip. Very exciting and fun!

We had a great experience. The workers did an excellent job explaining what would happen while on the boat before you hit the rapids and gave interesting information of the surrounding land. One person at front of boat did not enjoy the intensity of sitting in the front part of boat (they tell you before you board the first 3 rows experience the most intense waves), they safely moved the couple to the back of the boat, so everyone got to have a great experience. The website recommends bringing a change of clothes because you will get wet. They have lockers that you can store your items in that was free. The meeting place is by the floral clock, which is a stop on the WEGO bus, with the free lockers you can easily change into dry clothes and comfortably take bus back.

Guaranteed to get you soaking wet and love it.

They said "You will get wet on this trip" and they weren't kidding. You take a ride into the class 5 rapids a number of times just make sure everyone gets wet but you will enjoy every minute of it. It's an exhilarating ride into a place few get to go except on this trip. Don't miss it!
