If you're pressed for time and want to do it all, this is the tour for you. We were looking for a tour that would easily take us to see Niagara falls and back again without worrying about travel and transfers, and that would provide us with a guide. This was so much more than that. Our tour guide Judy and driver Mike were incredible, making us feel welcome, and having such a wealth of knowledge of the whole of Canada and anecdotes that they were sharing throughout. The tour included a reasonable start time, and covered an excellent lunch buffet overlooking the Falls, plenty of time at the Falls themselves to walk around and enjoy the views, the boat ride on the Hornblower, some more time to relax and explore around the main part, a stop off at the picturesque town of Niagara on the Lake, and finally a stop for ice wine tasting. Fun, informative, and top value for money. I wouldn't have changed anything at all about the day - I would 100% recommend this tour, it was perfect.

Our guide, Nathan, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He told us a lot about the history of Niagara Falls and Ontario during the drive. The tour was very organised and ran smoothly. We knew where and when we had to be at all times. Nathan also gave us great tips on things to do, see and eat. We had the perfect amount of free time at the falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. The wine tasting was great too and I like that the tasting was at the end of the day. The bus was comfortable and clean. The group was a good size, too. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Toronto!

A well organised excursion that flowed well. Each element of our tour was as promised and we didn't have to wait about in giant queues to get tickets. Our guide, Brandon, was really helpful and knowledgeable with plenty of wit and banter. He showed us and told us about things that we would never have seen without a guide. Great views from the helicopter, just wish the flight had been little longer.

Despite the rainy day, it was a great experience. The tour guide gave us lots of colour commentary about the sights and peppered her presentations with just enough historical facts to keep things interesting. Somewhat of a long day but worthwhile. Would have preferred a longer time in Niagara On The Lake and could have easily skipped the ice wine tasting.

Trip spoilt by return travel difficulties. Road closed so dropped off at Metro station to travel on rail system that we had not used before. Then rail line works caused us to use a busy and crowded shuttle service and finally walked the final mine because of lack of help from so called information personnel.
