Nice visit

The principle is excellent. The stops don't enrich. The magnificent views .... The only negative point: their ticket: a receipt with a flash code. A gust of wind and I lost one in 3. Our visit ended there. They never wanted to reissue us a ticket for my daughter. We didn't do it Uptown. Just downtown.

Everything went perfectly

The email contained all the important information, like the meeting point etc. The only thing I'd criticize is that they didn't describe which tours we could take. We had to find that out from another provider. How interesting the tour itself is really depends on the tour guide. We took the Uptown tour with a really nice tour guide. We really recommend the night tour. The Brooklyn tour was the most boring one, but that was the guide's fault. All in all really recommend it!

the advance booking is great, cool route through New York

definitely recommend booking advance, the tours they offer in New York have something for everyone and offer a nearly seamless impression of the city. The only thing is that the pink line should be made part of the offer, you shouldn't have to book it separately. This covered stations that are otherwise really hard to get to (e.g. Sea, Air & Space Museum Complex)
