What people are saying about New Orleans

Charlotte was delightful, knowledgeable, and incredibly funny!

Charlotte was an amazing cemetery guide! She knew all the right places to stop and she was concerned for our health in the heat. She knew so much history that she had stories about the city on the way to the cemetery. And she knew a lot about a variety of topics; architecture, military history; political history, and the best place to get cold water for the tour! Once in the cemetery, she was able to talk about way more than Marie Laveau. She was respectful of the cemetery and the vaults. She was full of details that brought the cemetery to life (pun intended!). She connected with each member of her group and told the right stories for the right people. She even recommended two books that I plan to order for my library when I get home. I would recommend her tour to anyone interested in visiting St Louis #1!

We would have enjoyed it more without the school children.

We know the students need to go on field trips to go along with what they are studying but when you are on vacation you don't want to hear and see children running around like that. We would have loved more time at the Battlefield instead of a slow ride back to the dock. Suggestion block out days for school trips only.

Fascinating look at all aspects of the Hurricane Katrina disaster.

Fascinating look at all aspects of the Hurricane Katrina disaster. I went away with a much deeper understanding of the events and much greater appreciation of the complexity of the situation. Well worth the time and money!!

This is the best swamp tour I have been on

This was the best swamp/alligator tour I have been on. It wasn't rushed and there weren't too many people on the boat. The captain was hilarious and really knows his stuff. And we got to hold a baby gator that was so cute.

Really interesting - learnt a lot. Great start to my stay in NOLA.

The tour was a great way to begin our stay in NOLA - helped us to understand the city a lot better. Our guide, Graham was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
