What people are saying about Nashville

Good way to see lots of the city. Ride it

Our first impression not good as the lady inside the station was rude. It's obvious if you are riding then you do not live in Nashville (more then likely). Even when I asked a question on the specific bus to get on (because just walking to the station we could tell there were many) she acted like we were bothering her. After asking a 2nd time ro confirm I was fine. Guide was great. Looked like Richard Petty. Nice personality. It was nice that the pass lasts for 2 days and you could do a double decker bus too. The drops were good and on time. We rode 3 different times.

Bert with an E was an energetic and entertaining tour guide!

Great investment to do this tour. Bert was high energy. Sincerely put his all into it. Played the piano while on the bus. The stop at the bar was where song writers came to showcase their songs. That was good. Got a good driving tour and explanation of many things not on Broadway. Bert’s tip to take the tour of RCA Studio B from the C&W Hall of fame turned out to be the highlight of our visit to Nashville.. HIGHLY recommend this two hour tour!

Roy was very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent tour guide

Sheryl, I believe was her name, our afternoon driver was awful. She didn’t talk about the sites but rarely. Spent her time laughing and talking with the passengers about drinking. Inappropriate talk about the trolley schedule, homeless people. If she were our only guide it would have been a waste of our money. We took the complete tour in the morning with Roy so we knew what was possible.

Helpful to see sites without having a rental car.

One of the driver and guides (an older gentleman) did not catch his name, needs to speak clearer; he also needs to listen to the passengers when they mentioned that his topic of discussion were not of interest to us. He was fine when he stayed on track with a fact tour. A second guide on another stop was very informative and interacted well with some of the young people on the bus.

Jim eas fantastic but the person who checked us in couldn't find us

The person checking us in couldn't find us in the computer even after I showed her my reservations on my phone for 6 people. She said I probably made it with another company. She finally gave us the tickets. Not cool. Loved the tour and Jim's patience with all the people who needed tickets.
