What people are saying about Munich

This tour far exceeded our expectations.

Our tour guide, Adam Martin, made this one of the best tours we have ever been on. His knowledge and articulation were excellent. He brought some understanding to something that is impossible to understand.

This tour was very humbling but excellent.

Adam was our guide and it was apparent that he was passionate about what he does. He was knowledgeable and welcomed all questions. There were plenty of things to see and learn and the tour took the entire allotted time.

Important place to visit and our guide brought so much perspective.

Very much appreciated the tour from our guide. He was a young German man who said both of his grandfathers were soldiers in the German army during WWII. So much context was brought from the guide that I feel it was essential to the experience. I would have liked some additional free time in the exhibits as some of the areas we were rushed through.

A fascinating journey with qualified experts

I'd read that the tour guide makes the tour on these, so I was a bit nervous. Suzanne was our tour guide and I'm probably misspelling that. But she was awesome. Super passionate, enthusiastic, and she tells stories, facts and tidbits all with an authentically joyous charm and wit. At each castle stop, we had separate guides within, who were great experts and described every chamber with a relish of interesting details. There were no language issues. Timing on the castle is important - be careful up there!

Great tour where you have plenty of time to discover the castles

This day trip to the castles is great value for money, we had plenty of time to explore the areas in Linderhof, and then Neuschwanstein. A little tip - the best /variety spot (and best price.) to get lunch at Neuschwanstein is the bottom of the hill from the castle - there's a restaurant there with yummy German dough treats too
