Negatives: I wish it ran later finishing at 5.15pm is a shame when there is still so much to do and the shops are open late. Also an approximate time for when the bus will arrive at the bus stops would be useful once you have booked your ticket. I booked online and printed the voucher but not all the staff are aware of the voucher offer and they should be. Positives: friendly yet professional staff in particular Marc Mament who ensured I knew where to go in Bayside to pick up my ticket for the bus travel and Ocean Queen Cruise. Jack and Yvonne - my namesake :)) - were brilliant! Funny, informative and Yvonne really knows her music, Teddy P, Marvin Gaye. We were stuck in traffic so it was great finding out that her dogs are named after these brilliant old school soul singers. My pick up and drop off point was right outside my hotel -the Mayfair Hotel and Spa - so a perfect start to the day. Loved the cruise! I will definitely book again and will be telling my friends to do so too! :))
