Nice Trip!

We had a nice trip, the guide knew a lot and was very friendly. We were picked up at the hotel just as we were informed by e-mail the evening before. We went first to Plaza de las tres Culturas, then to Teotihuacan and finally to the Basilica de nuestra señora de Guadalupe. There were two things to criticize however. Our trip was on a Sunday and the guide told us in advance, that Teotihuacan would be very crowded. When we got there he gave us a tour first before we had one hour to climb the pyramid of the sun, which was not enough because of the big crowd. Maybe it would have been better to go first to Teotihuacan and first to climb the pyramid of the sun before doing anything else. However as compensation the guide did an extra stop at another pyramid which was very nice because it was not crowded. Then we were taken to a restaurant before going to the Basilica de Guadalupe. The restaurant was a real tourist trap, with mediocre food. Still the trip was good and I had a wonderful time!

Enjoyed our tour very much.

Enjoyed everything about this tour except the city traffic in Mexico City. Julio was very helpful and clearly explained details about Teotihuacan and the Basilica de Guadalupe. He was very patient and helpful at all times. The Buffet and music after touring the ruins allowed for a time of relaxation and conversion about what we saw. Would recommend this tour to others.

Was told we would be visiting the Plaza of Three Cultures but when we got there the bus was unable to unload so we just looked at it from the bus. Then, our next stop was supposed to be the pyramids at Teotihuacan' but first we were dropped off at a gift shop/restaurant complex that must have been owned by the tour operators. We had to spend an hour there before we were finally taken to the pyramids. I guess we were supposed to buy our souvenirs at that stop. Once we got to the pyramids we had 2 hours to look around. We could have easily used the extra hour that we had to spend at the souvenir shop.
