The Best Way to Start Your Vacation in D.C.

We brought my older sister to D.C. and since she has not been to this city since she was 10, we decided to take the tour our first night in D.C. We rode the metro to Union Station where we had dinner and then took the Monument's Tour. It was the best decision we made and the most time we spent off our feet all week. We got to see almost all of the monuments and then decided which ones we wanted to revisit more in depth that week (Vietnam Wall and Korean Monument need lots of time). Thank you for a wonderful start to our vacation. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Mr. History was our tour guide - he and whole tour were amazing!

Our tour was incredible and Mr. History our guide was so engaging! He made what we were seeing come alive and we learned so many facts and background information that we did not know. He also gave our son a chance to say the Gettysburg Address to everyone - what a great impression on an 11 year old boy! Thanks for a great opportunity!

It was a great way to see all the monuments in one evening!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and even played trivia games with us, which made it a fun trip. The moonlight tour was so much more impressive than seeing the monuments by daylight. I didn't have to worry about driving, parking or walking. IT was WELL worth it.

Covers a lot ground, but felt pressured too

I thought the instructions on where to meet in Union Station should have been much, much clearer than they were. Took a few frustrating phone calls with some knowledgeable people to figure that out. Felt at times very rushed at the monuments.

A good good at many of the important monuments.

Sunny, out driver and tour guide was funny and engaging throughout the tour. It was 95 degrees the night we were on the trolley and Sunny worked and drove pleasantly throughout the evening.
