we experienced a lot of stress on arrival at the port as despite contacting GYG only the day before the scheduled excursion confirming all relevant details ie exact arrival time and location , there was no sign of the local operator . Consequently, we had to phone the local office to enquire as to expected arrival time of our guide/chauffeur only to discover that it appeared that there was little or no previous knowledge of our booking. Eventually, we were advised that our guide would be arriving within the next 5 mins but despite waiting another 15 mins , there was no sign of him . we were in the process of negotiating with another guide /chauffeur at the port when (Nasir) the chauffeur finally arrived, well over half an hour late !! However, thereafter Nasir provided an excellent service, drove very safely (considering the chaotic and frenetic nature of traffic in Mumbai ) and also spoke very good English and took us to all the key places.

We had a great day with our tour guide Jay Ginnal! He guide picked us up on time and took us around the city seeing many sites along the way. He was very informative and allowed us to explore on our own as well. He allowed enough time for each area, he was very easy going and would’ve taken us anywhere we asked :D we were having trouble with train tickets for the next day and he was soo helpful and went above and beyond :D he was a great driver and made us feel at ease in this busy city. Also took us too a local restaurant for lunch and explained some of the local delicacies :D would highly recommend this tour

This is a great tour of Mumbai my guide Nisar was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humour and a great person to be with. He went out of his way to ensure we went at my pace and provided excellent guide services. Thank you Nisan for all your help and keep singing I hope to see you on India’s got talent yaar

Very good activity especially to get to know Mumbai. The heavy traffic makes this a very good way to visit the city most important places. The driver was very friendly and a good companion helping me choosing the right places to see, where to eat or buy things cheaper.

It was a great trip, the driver/guide Arif was so kind and informative. He took many interesting places such as famous world heritage, Gate of India, Victoria Terminal station. Indeed learned a lot, Thank you very much, Truly appreciate it.
