What people are saying about Manhattan

This was a great experience that I would suggest even for locals.

The team working here was great, they are truly in the hospitality business. The views are spectacular, and very centrally located on the island of Manhattan. And the piece of real estate has a classic New York mystique to it.

Breath taking, moving and a wonderful place of remembrance.

I am truly amazed and blown away with the size of the space and the lack of the Towers. I visited the South Towers observatory when I was in high school and to see them gone still baffles me. I was just finishing teaching my Kindergarten class for the day when the North Tower was hit. Even though I am not a New Yorker it was good closer for me. Allow yourself at least 4 hours minimum to get the full experience.

Thoroughly enjoyable and very informative. Carla was awesome!

Carla was very thorough/knowledgable and gave more info and explanations than I could possibly have done on my own. She had seemingly boundless energy and happily answered endless questions from all of us. She engaged all the participants throughout the morning and kept us all on track. Great experience!!

Having a guide who was there on 9/11 made this much more meaningful

Ibeth was energetic and passionate. Thoroughly enjoyed having her as our guide. Really appreciated all the extra details and explanations about what happened the morning of 9/11 and how it affected her and the people around her. Also really enjoyed hearing about the rebuilding of the towers and of the 9/11 memorial and the symbolism associated with each element of the plan. Great tour.

This visit was never more relevant that in the days that we now live

The lessons of the past and the courage of our forebears is brought to our consciousness at a time when we need to know it most. The importance of our immigrant past and how it shaped our present helps us to understand that these are enduring values not outdated clichés. May we, as a nation, never forget how immigrants sustain our liberty not imperil it.
