Enjoyed the tour and view of the stadium . The guide at the rear was particularly helpful- my guest , a teenager from Belarus, appreciated his help in taking photographs , making the visit memorable. I appreciate the use of tablets to add info... but too often this was the only communication from the guide- a poor contrast with a visit to City last year when the guide was involved all the time forever giving info.
While the tour had more driving time than I had anticipated all the stops were interesting and informative as well as being very diverse. An added bonus, to help with all the riding, was the 2 walks offered; 1 within Snowdonia and the other across the aqueduct. Llandudno was interesting and the Georgian architecture was wonderful. Conwy Castle was a wonderful experience and worth the price alone.
The tour guide was very good and very knowledgeable, however we felt we were rushed around the stadium as there were tours booked every 20 minutes. Also we’re not told that we were to arrive up to one hour before tour to get passed security and be given our passes. There was also not enough space on the tour I had booked therefore had to wait for a later tour time
The whole event was relaxed, with stories of interest to all on the tour. There were elements of anticipation and surprise which maintained the interest particularly for the children. We three which included 2 children thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you
Guide was knowledgeable but seemed bored with his job. Stadium itself was amazing! I have to add that we were late for the tour due to a cab driver who should not be a cab driver, but the staff worked hard to get us caught up with the group which we were grateful for.
