What people are saying about London

Great venue! Organistation needs streamlining

The tour as such was fantastic, we had a superb guide (a Welshman). The exhibition is overloaded and difficult to follow, even using the audioguide. Organisational weaknesses: the get-your-guide platform directed us to a free tour slot at 14:00. The voucher received afterwards stated 10:45 as meeting time for the tour at 11:00, and 14:00-15:00 as timing for the Afternoon Tea. I wrote a mail to the Globe with a polite request for clarification. The day before the event a nice lady called me that the final meeting time is 11:45 for 12:00. Moreover we were informed that there will be places for us for the Afternoon Tea at the bar of the restaurant, not at a table which was a pity and influenced the overall atmosphere. Too many unclarities and improvisation!

Bus tour good but boat needs improvement

I found the bus tour was fantastic and tour guide was superb and very informative. I felt let down by the afternoon tea as was expecting a better afternoon tea. It was a champagne afternoon tea and only received one glass and very standard sandwiches and 2scones with jam. It felt very rushed and kinder felt like it needed to be improved. I would do the bus tour again but unless the boat is changed drastically I wouldn’t do that again. I was celebrating a 30th birthday so felt it let the day down.

A fantastic way to see great architecture and enjoy tea all at once

I was very happy with the tour as a whole. I got there early to be the first to pick a seat on the boat only to find out the seats had been pre assigned. That was quite disappointing but I noticed that everyone arriving was also surprised to have seats assigned. The view was great from everywhere and we were lucky not to have had others sat with us. I would recommend this tour but I would tell people not to wait the extra 30 minutes to pick a seat. Just get there 10 minutes before departure.

Lovely few hours with or without the afternoon tea.

This is the second time I have done this and I do feel for what you get for the money isn't always hitting the nail. The sandwiches j think most customer sruffle with ie half of ours were fish and I have never seen anywhere to select vegetarian no fish gluten free etc. Next time i would skip tea and just enjoy the cruise
