Full description
This tour provides daily departures from Las Vegas to the world-famous Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. This colorful Canyon offers amazing photo opportunities between sculpted sandstone walls with a walkable corridor at the bottom of the canyon floor. With the penetration of daylight through the narrow opening from the top, different kinds of light reflections and colors can be seen and enjoyed. This amazing color makes this area a popular location for photographers and tourists.

Horseshoe Bend Overlook is a dramatic canyon section where the Colorado River has made a 280 degree turn around the Horseshoe Bend shape of rock. The scenic route from Las Vegas offers views of the Virgin River Gorge and rock formations in the Escalante/Grand Staircase National Monument on the way to Page.

The Lower Antelope Canyon tour begins with a descent into the canyon on a staircase with railings. Once in the canyon, guests will walk through a narrow sandstone canyon with a few ascents of stairs, moving toward the upper end of the canyon. There are numerous amazing photo opportunities and the Navajo guides will share some history and culture of the area. The tour is approximately 75 minutes in duration.

Horseshoe Bend Overlook requires a 1.5 mile round-trip (2.4 km) walk over sand and rocks. Guests will reach a 1000 foot canyon as they look down upon the Colorado River in the bottom of Glen Canyon.

Buses are SaniSafe Certified for Cleanliness. Each bus is sanitized and disinfected daily and drivers will remain diligent by wiping down and cleaning buses throughout your trip.

I didn't like being on a rather uncomfortable bus with 48 other tourists, 95% Chinese. The guide also of Chinese origin made all the comments first in English and then very long in Chinese .... I got a headache .... we should be warned when we book a small group excursion and in English that this will not be the case.

Great tour, lower Antelope Canyon amazing!

Tour bus with 50 passengers. Tour to Lower Antelope Canyon divided into groups of 10. Mark was the tour guide speaking in English and Mandarin, as a majority of tourists were Chinese. Drive was 4 1/2 hours from Las Vegas. Pastry and submarine sandwiches and bottle water provided. Mark kept us on schedule. Very enjoyable though the ride was long. Tour guide knowledgeable and driver stopped for 25 minutes for a restroom break each way. Great trip!
