What people are saying about Katoomba

Although I am much delayed in leaving this review, as I went on this tour last July, I had to take a moment to HIGHLY recommend this tour, or any with terry for that fact! In my trip to Sydney, this Blue Mountains tour was by far one of the BEST, if not the best experience I had while there. From the friendly, small group environment (which is a lovely way to make some new friends, and I found to be so fun!), to Terry's promptness (he showed up at my hotel right on time, with a smile, even AFTER I had booked the tour quite last minute!), to his thoughtfulness and knowledge (especially of Photography! This is a huge bonus, and I left with the most incredible photos from the day) as well as the incredible opportunity to learn so much from Terry about general information/Australia, truly made for a day I will likely not ever forget. No other tour I have been on anywhere in the world gave me the anything near the quality of this enriching, personalized experience I got with Terry

A must do if you’re in Sydney. The coach was comfortable, and the trip really well organised, tickets were waiting for you from the tour guide and the pick up instructions very clear and helpful. Lots of local discounts arranged by the tour guide at various stops. The scenic world was unbelievable and I learned so much from the tour guide, Peter. Loved his stories and made the travel time go by very quickly. The wildlife park gave us some unforgettable experiences including feeding a kangaroo and patting a koala! Really can’t recommend enough

The tour started off with views of the Three Sisters at Echo Point at Blue Mountain and then we went to Scenic world where we rode the worlds steepest railway, the cable car and walked through the rainforest. We the had an amazing lunch and continued onto the Featherdale reserve where we got up close with the kangaroos and the koalas. We then finished off with a beautiful ferry ride back to Circular Quay. It’s an experience we will remember for years to come.

Our guide was very informative and entertaining. When there was a great amount of fog, he kindly adjusted the schedule so we would have a better chance of seeing the Blue Mountains once the fog had moved. The sights were brilliant and majestic. The visit to the zoo was great- we were able to feed Kangaroos and see some of Australia’s unique wildlife. Lunch was good as well, as was the bus- which was brand new. Overall a fantastic experience.

loved the walks and our bus driver was spot on with his recommendation and entertaining. I will definitely recommend this to my friends, best way and explore Katoomba / Leura at your own pace.
