Start your evening by being welcomed with a glass of wine and meet your host, Chef Paola. During your meeting, you will get a sense of the creativity of Chef Paola and fall in love with her sense for taste and innovative food style with a strong base in tradition and quality. Paola was born and raised in Rome, she cooks with passion following the recipes of her Grandmother - some of those tricks will be passed on to you.
Take your seat and get ready to know what's behind the recipes, focusing on ingredient choices and what makes Jewish-Roman food so unique. Your evening will take place in one of the most unique neighborhoods of Rome, the Jewish Ghetto. Discover the three different food styles that are in the area: Roman, Jewish-Roman and, Kosher. Learn about the differences, stories and, traditions through recipes.
Sit down for a three-course dinner inside a building, built in the 1400s as you enjoy the conversation and company of your fellow guests. The meals you will get to taste include:
