Had a great informative and fun day in Rothenburg. Alan was warm, welcoming and informative. We learned so much thanks to Alan’s knowledge. He personalized the tour. Made sure everyone s question was answered. During the trip he sat in different places allowing for questions &/or discussion of what saw or about to see. Highly recommend this tour

We almost missed the tour because we didn't know if the meeting point was inside or outside the train station. At first we thought it was inside the building and only after many questions to guards (not always polite) did we get the correct information. I think they should better orient the exact meeting point with the guide, to help the tourist better.

The tour guide was so passionate about the trip we had a great time.

Best tour guide who is passionate and knowledgeable. The only comment I have is that I think we needed more time to explore the Rothenburg old town. Three hours including lunch hour is a little too tight. I would suggest extending it for half an hour to an hour so that there is at least 3 solid hours exploring the town plus an hour lunch.
