On this nearly 3-hour tour, you will visit the Florence Cathedral, also known as the Duomo, and admire its Gothic-Renaissance architecture. Walk through the busy squares and visit the Old Bridge, Ponte Vecchio, home to many shops. Then continue on to Palazzo Vecchio, the Old Palace and present-day town hall, with its many rooms and courtyards. This guided visit includes a tour of Salone dei Cinquecento, the rooms dedicated to the Medici Popes Leo X and Clement VII, the famous room of the Elements, the apartment of Eleonora, and the numerous areas decorated by the masterpieces of celebrated artists of the Renaissance such as Michelangelo, Donatello, and Verrocchio.
