Constanza is a true Florentine lady living in a 16th century dwelling house with husband Giambruno and her daughter Sofia. She is a wonderful host and cook, and will prepare an flavorsome, mouth-watering authentic Florentine family dinner.

Arista - pork roast with milk or simply baked

Chestnut cake: sweet typical Tuscan dessert made with the chestnut flour and served with cottage cheese
