Full description
Cook your very own vegan pasta and cantucci in this unique cooking class in Florence. Arrive at a beautiful location just a few kilometers from the Duomo. There, inspired by the Tuscan surroundings you will start to learn the secrets of making delicious vegan food from a vegan Italian chef.

Italians are known for making the best food in the world, but this is also true for vegan Italian food. You will get to work with a traditional pasta machine and fresh local vegetables, as the chef chooses a different pasta, ravioli, or gnocchi recipe for each day. Meanwhile, you will also prepare the mixture for delicious 'Cantucci' Italian cookies made with pine nuts and almonds.

Your expert chef has managed 2 vegan restaurants in Florence and led countless classes. After your time spent cooking in the kitchen, you can relax outside, under a canopy, looking out past the olive groves and over the rooftops of Florence as you enjoy your meal with organic vegan wine.
