What people are saying about Fiesole
We had an amazing few hours exploring the outskirts of Florence and the Chianti region with our drivers Hamid and Luca, both very knowledgeable and great company. This was definitely the best way to get a wonderful view of the city and then enjoy the Chianti countryside. We booked as passengers, with two drivers, and I strongly suggest this is the best way to enjoy the trip as driving yourself requires high competency on a Vespa and you then need to focus on the road and other drivers rather than be able to enjoy the scenery. Thanks to Hamid and Luca for a fantastic few hours and highly skilled driving and commentary.
Excellent experiences! Me, my wife and my 5 years old daughter had a great time riding this little vintage Fiat. We had experience different route outside of the city. The Wine vineyards are great with lot of history. The lunch was very yummy and traditional Italian. The landscape was very beautiful during the ride. Instructor Bill was very nice and helpful especially we had little problem going back to our Cruise on time. He even helped and arrange a private car for us (that's extra work) Very appreciated that and we were so lucky the other members are very friendly too~ P.S. Make sure you know how to drive MT.
We had never ridden a Vespa before and were surprised when the company had us practice in the parking lot. My fiancé passed the test but I didn’t. I was dissappointed but the instructor had me ride on his with him and I’m very happy I wasn’t riding. You go on high ways, round abouts and weave through traffic on the vespas. The tour is outside of Florence in Tuscany and it’s a very beautiful surreal experience. The vespas went FAST at one point I looked down and saw we were going 55kph. Amazing experience but I wish I had known ahead of time that you needed motorcycle or Vespa experience.
Lucca was fantastic! This is the best tour myself and my partner have been on. The tour was around 4 hours long and we covered around 60 miles of Florence (both the city and the hill side). He took us to the most beautiful views and told us the history of each place we went to. He was very easy to get along with and treated us to a coffee and ice cream along the way. Would definitely recommend to everyone, this is the best way to see so much of Florence which you wouldn't have the chance to do otherwise. Thanks a lot Lucca, from Lucy and Lewis!
We had the absolute best time with Monia. She was such a lovely person that radiated when she talked about food. Her love of cooking and cuisine was contagious despite the language barrier. I would highly recommend her class to anyone wanting to learn to make pasta and have an authentic Italian meal. Highly highly recommend.
