The tour was really good, the staff are not helpful and were rude

When we arrived it was quite busy the person selling tickets just ignored us. We spoke to a female bus driver who said she could not exchange our voucher for tickets . When we asked the person selling tickets she said I only sell tickets I do not know, the driver muttered in Portuguese and drove off. We spoke to another driver who had no problem with the voucher, we witnessed this happen to other people . My advice do not book in advance as the voucher causes problems, buy the tickets at the bus terminal .

Perfect and family friendly way to see lisbon!!

Absolutely amazing and perfect way to see the sites of Lisbon with a family and three small children!! Using the 48 hour ticket we did both buses in one day including stop offs, then second day one more bus and the trams, secret to the teams, do not que up for hours on end walk up the street and jump on at the next stop with no waiting ;) lisbon is beautiful, make time to do the tram 28 both in the day to enjoy the sites, and at night to see the life :)

Waited almost an hour for us when we were late!

I accidentally booked our tour at the same time our plane landed (messed up with the time difference). Our guide Julia waited for us for almost an hour! Once we finally met up (and I apologized profusely!!) we were on our way. The tour was amazing and so were the tarts, wine, cheese and sausage that Julia took us to taste. The tour was excellent, even if it was shortened. Thank you Julia and thanks for waiting!!

Miguel gave a terrific overview of Lisbon history, with treats.

A walk around the neighborhoods of Lisbon with Miguel’s delightful storytelling that brought the history alive. We met a local woman selling the local ginjha liquor, ate pastry and bruschetta, learned how to buy metro tickets (very practical!) and had an excellent, personalized intro Lisbon.

The visit was excellent and adapted for our kids (age 8 to 13)

Rossana had an excellent French and knew how to keep the kids attention with funny historical details. The walk was not too difficult and not too long with 2 stops. We saw all the landmarks of the different parts of Lisbon. A must do especially at the beginning of the visit.
