What people are saying about Český Krumlov

Nice visit of medieval castle and panoramic surroundings

First time to Prague. We had booked this tour since it appeared Cesky Krumlov was something special to discover. Karolina was our guide and she certainly went out of her way to provide information such as historical facts, a map of Cesky Krumlov, she repeated meeting points to ensure everyone understood and offered to accompany those interested in the group to a restaurant she recommended. She made an effort to talk to all members of the group therefore the service was very personalized. At the end, she indicated that we were eligible for a free 1 hour boat cruise in Prague since we had booked this tour and that this was common practice for those booking a tour with Premiant (note: we had booked a tour in Dresden a few days earlier with the same company and our guide had not mentioned this) therefore this information was much appreciated.

Great day trip from Prague! Highly recommend.

The driver (Votje) was very prompt and very friendly. We chatted on the drive there and back. The van was very nicely equipped for 6 people with lots of space for bags, etc...Once at the Cesky Krumlov, Votje gave us a guided tour of the garden, then we walked down into the castle and the town. Votje recommended some great shops to eat at, and at the end of the day we had about an hour of free time to do some shopping/site seeing. Everybody in our group was blown away by how beautiful Cesky Krumlov was and talked about it entire time we were in the Czech Republic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with our guide who was knowledgable!

The only minor issue was the guide in the castle whose accent made it hard to understand what he was saying . A free boat tour offered to us as a bonus the day after was explained to be taken from Pier 17 but went could not find Pier 17 and nobody knew where it was which caused us to expend wasted time finding it which we never did , a bit aggravating since we planned for it in our day . Better description of where Pier 17 was located could have been explained ?

Enjoyed the personal experiences shared on the tour

Our guide was not only knowledgeable on the history of Cesky Krumlov, but also shared her own personal experiences of living and growing up in the Czech Republic. This added an element which you normally would not have on the larger group tours and was very insightful and appreciated. She also made some specific recommendations on additional places to visit that day after our walking tour was completed.

Breathtaking views from the bridge and the Castle

The tour was organised very well and in a comfortable minivan. Stops were good both to view interesting areas and short breaks. The only item I wish to highlight, is that it would be more appropriate if an hour is given to stroll around the Castle village and adjacent streets, have some more time to view souvenirs and view shops. The guide was very professional and knowledgeable.
